Yes — reinforced 3-inch strike plates with long screws into the stud frame are included with every high-security deadbolt install we do in DFW. They prevent kick-in attacks.
When possible, yes — we can rekey the new high-security cylinder to your existing key so you don't need to carry two keys. Some restricted keyways won't allow this.
Each door upgrade includes removal, install, alignment, and strike-plate reinforcement — completed on-site in a single visit.
