Locksmith websites routinely display testimonials that look like reviews — first-name, last-initial, neighbourhood, gushing two-sentence quote. Some are real. Many are written by the business or a marketing agency. There is no way for a researching customer to tell the difference.
We made a different call. The reviews of KeyNow Locksmith that matter are the ones we cannot edit: the Google Business Profile reviews and the Better Business Bureau record.
